Harry Kane attends the Masters as he flies out for final day straight after Tottenham’s 4-0 win at Aston Villa, while Canelo Alvarez watches on his phone in gym April 10, 2022 – Posted in: Soccer
Harry Kane flew out to attend the final day of the Masters on Sunday.
The Tottenham striker had a great weekend all in all, playing a major part in his side’s 4-0 win at Aston Villa on Saturday, before flying out to Augusta.
Discussing his love of the golf, Kane told Sky: “It’s one of them, sometimes when I’m on the first tee in front of a crowd I get more nervous than I do when I’m playing football.
“So just appreciating what they’re doing.
“I mean when you see some of the holes and the slopes on the greens around this place it just shows how good they are when they’re making so many birdies.
“So yeah, I just can’t wait to see it all.”
Another major fan of the golf is boxing’s pound-for-pound king Canelo Alvarez.
The Mexican superstar has previously admitted that the sport is his true passion and he regularly plays in his down time during training camps.
Unfortunately for Canelo though, the Masters always coincides with peak training for his fights which typically happen around Cinco de Mayo every year.
This prevents him from attending, but does not stop him from following the action.
He posted video from his camp over the weekend which showed him skipping in the ring, with his eyes firmly fixed on the live stream from the Masters playing on his phone in the corner.
